Carole Fanning is a writer and designer with a range of expertise that, coupled with her experience in courtroom presentations, covers a formidable array. Carole founded Litigation Arts in 1989 and has since then acquired numerous related skills through study and hands-on application.

Design Consultation:
Matching text to graphics with attention-grabbing headlines and dynamic visuals is Carole’s forte. Nowhere is this more important than in the courtroom, where time is limited and attention wanders. Carole works closely with you to provide maximum clarity in your presentations.

Marketing & Advertising:
• Copy writing, voice-over, digital editing, production of broadcast & radio ads

Eric Michel has extensive experience in web design, 3D modeling and animation, in addition to his traditional fine arts and graphic arts education. He also provides expertise for photographic and video services. Eric has worked with Litigation Arts as Creative Director and Office Manager for seven years.

Animation and Design:
• Eric brings character animation abilities in addition to his legal animation expertise for client presentations and in-house needs. He also has extensive experience in corporate branding for the web and print.
• Software includes: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, GoLive, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash & 3D Studio Max.
